Simply submit our online consultation form with your vision, preferences and ring size. Our team personally reviews every submission and responds within 24 hours. From there we guide you through every step — stone selection, design, metal choice and more — until your ring is exactly right.

From consultation approval to delivery, most rings take 4 to 6 weeks. This includes design finalisation, stone sourcing and the crafting process. If you have a specific date in mind such as a proposal or anniversary, let us know and we will work to accommodate it.

Not at all. Many of our clients come to us with just a feeling or a few images they love. That is more than enough to start. Our team is experienced at translating vague ideas and inspiration into a precise design. You share what resonates with you and we do the creative work.

Yes. Once we understand your vision we produce detailed sketches and CAD renders for your approval. Nothing goes into production until you are completely happy with the design. You can request revisions at any stage at no additional cost.

Absolutely. We work with clients around the world. The entire process is handled online and we ship fully insured to over 50 countries. Wherever you are, we can create your ring.

Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds — chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. They are created in a controlled environment that replicates the natural process, without the ethical and environmental concerns of mining. They are certified by the same gemological institutions and graded on the same 4C scale.

Lab-grown diamonds are more attainable in price than mined diamonds of equivalent quality, which means you can access a larger, higher quality stone for your budget. They are genuine diamonds in every sense — the only difference is their origin.

We offer every major cut including round, oval, pear, emerald, princess, cushion, radiant, marquise, heart and asscher. For colour, we offer colourless (D–I grades) as well as fancy coloured lab diamonds in pink, blue, yellow and green. Available from 0.5ct to 30ct+.

We work in platinum, 18ct white gold, 18ct yellow gold, 18ct rose gold, 14ct white gold, 14ct yellow gold and 14ct rose gold. Each metal has its own character and we will help you choose the right one during the consultation process.

Every ring is entirely unique so pricing varies based on stone size, cut, metal choice and design complexity. We work across a wide range of budgets and will always be transparent about pricing from the start. Simply include your approximate budget in your consultation form and we will design something beautiful within it.

All prices are quoted in USD. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and bank transfer. If you have a preferred payment method not listed here, please mention it in your consultation and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes. Once the design is finalised and approved we require a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due before your ring is shipped. The consultation and design process itself is completely free with no obligation.

Every ring is shipped fully insured and tracked in a signature Lumière presentation box. We use trusted international couriers and provide full tracking details so you can follow your ring every step of the way. Delivery times vary by region — please see our shipping page for full details.

We offer a complimentary first resize on all rings within 60 days of delivery. If your ring needs adjusting simply contact us and we will guide you through the return process. Please note that return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Yes. Every Lumière ring comes with a lifetime guarantee covering manufacturing defects. We also offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection. Our commitment to your ring does not end at delivery — it lasts as long as you wear it.
