Every Lumière ring is shipped with the same care that went into making it — fully insured, carefully packaged and tracked every step of the way.

How we ship

Because every Lumière ring is made entirely to order, we ask for your patience during the delivery window. Each piece is crafted with care and shipped internationally via trusted express couriers. Delivery times are longer than standard domestic shipping — but your ring arrives fully insured, beautifully packaged and worth the wait.

Every shipment is insured for its full declared value from dispatch to delivery. Your ring is protected every step of the way.

Tracked end to end

You receive a full tracking number as soon as your ring is dispatched so you can follow it in real time.

Complimentary shipping

No shipping charge on any order, anywhere in the world. The price you see is the price you pay.

Signature packaging

Your ring arrives in a signature Lumière presentation box, packaged to protect both the ring and the moment you open it.

Estimated delivery by region

We ship internationally via express courier to over 50 countries. Delivery times vary by region and are estimated from the date your ring is dispatched — not from your consultation date. Please allow the full window, particularly during peak seasons.

Australia & NZ

10–18 days

Shipped via tracked international express courier. Most orders arrive within the lower end of this window.

USA & Canada

12–20 days

Fully tracked delivery. Customs clearance may add 2–4 days in some cases.

UK & Europe

12–18 days

Tracked express delivery. EU orders may be subject to import duties payable on arrival.

Middle East

10–16 days

Tracked courier delivery to UAE, Saudi Arabia and surrounding regions.

Rest of world

14–25 days

We ship to over 50 countries. Remote locations may take slightly longer. Contact us if you are unsure about your region.

Important — total timeline

Please remember that delivery begins after your ring has been crafted. Most rings take 4–6 weeks from design approval to dispatch. Your total timeline from consultation to arrival is typically 6–10 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind — a proposal, an anniversary, a birthday — let us know early and we will do everything we can to meet it.

Customs & duties

International orders

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your ring price. We recommend checking your local customs regulations if you have concerns about import fees.

We declare all shipments accurately and at full value. We are unable to under-declare or mark shipments as gifts for customs purposes.

Planning a surprise?

If you are proposing, we recommend using your own address for delivery rather than your partner’s. This keeps the surprise intact and ensures the ring reaches you safely so you can choose the perfect moment.
